Shungite is called the stone of life due to its unique fullerene molecular structure. It has the ability to absorb toxins 30 times* more effectively than activated carbon and to protect us from EMFs (electro-magnetic fields).
Regina Martino, in her book Shungite, Protection, Healing and Detoxification, shows how shungite rebalances the energy systems in the face of EMFs and is purported to be the strongest grounding stone on the planet.

Shungite for Water
Shungite can be used to cleanse water and activate it with fullerenes. 50g is suitable for 1ltr (see the shungite guide here) 12g can be placed in a glass or ceramic water bottle to help cleanse the water overnight. Each night the water is replaced and drunk the next day.
