Learn how to Recover from and Rewire Stress

 

This is an experiential course that takes you on a life-changing journey by learning how to rapidly process the stress causing hormones and the chemicals that create emotional discomfort. These processes bring the body, mind and emotions back into balance and, for many, opens the connection to their innate wisdom which can radically change one’s perception around stressful situations. This is because, in my experience, they help to rewire old patterns and it is the rewiring of the brain that creates big changes. This is why the clearing tools are endorsed by Auckland neuroscientist, Allison Foster, PhD.

 

The course is set up so that you can integrate the tools into your life which generally only take a matter of minutes of your time to bring the fight/flight stress response down or relieve emotional discomfort.
